At Caronlab Australia, we have strict procedures in place to ensure our suppliers are aligned with our values. When onboarding a new supplier, our Purchasing Team request statements, certificates and declarations proving that the supplier is GMP or ISO compliant and that there is no animal testing done in their supply chain.

Throughout Caronlab Australia’s 40+ years in the Beauty Industry, we have never tested our products on animals and we never will.

No animal testing is a standard to which we hold not just ourselves to account, but our suppliers, who are required to provide a declaration that they do not test their products on animals. If this declaration cannot be provided, we will not buy from, or work with, that company.

In 2020, Caronlab Australia launched Ocean Road, an entirely Vegan Friendly, ethical skincare range. Designed with recyclable packaging and bottles formulated with the help of PCR (post-consumer resin), like all Caronlab Australia products, the ocean Road range is Made in Australia and Cruelty Free.

Here at Caronlab Australia, we pride ourselves on supporting our local community and national network of Distributors and Beauty Therapists.

Caronlab Australia manufacture our own products, supplying over 130 Australian Distributors with high-quality, Australian Made Beauty Therapy supplies. We are proud to have the opportunity to engage and employ so many members of our local community, promoting Australian Made products and supporting our local economy.

As a large manufacturing company, Caronlab Australia recognise the importance of operating in a sustainable way, minimising our ecological footprint and leading by example. In 2015, Caronlab Australia installed 350 solar panels which, in 2023, provided over 55% of our Warehouse and Head Office’s energy supply.

Recycled cardboard is used by our Manufacturing and Dispatch Teams to package, protect and store products. Caronlab Australia’s Dispatch Team utilises hexyl wrap and biodegradable peanuts, to cushion and protect products during transportation and delivery.
