Pour Massage Oil Athletic Warm Up onto the palms or directly onto the skin. Massage into skin using palms and fingers to distribute evenly over the body.

For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mouth and sensitive areas. Wash hands after use. Not to be used on areas to be bandaged. Do not apply to broken skin. Not to be applied to pregnant women or infants under 12 months of age.

Shake well before use and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
