How To Use

Material Safety Data Sheet

Select the appropriate shade of RefectoCil Lash & Brow Tint and mix with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid or Cream Developer according to the recommended ratio. Apply to clean, dry lashes or brows, leave for the specified processing time then gently remove.
Designed to work together for best results, use RefectoCil Lash & Brow Tint with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid or Cream and RefectoCil Eye Protection Papers or Silicone Pads.
